PlayStation Store sale is back, discounting more than 500 PS5, PS4 games, which includes titles that some of you might not want to miss, such as “Resident Evil Village,” “Cyberpunk 2077,” and tons of notable Sony console games.

PlayStation Store Sale

As per a news story by GameSpot, the PlayStation Store of Sony is now celebrating two massive sales at the same time, giving away hundreds of games for a massive price bargain.

It is worth noting that both new PlayStation Store sales are up until midnight of March 2. That said, PS4 and PS5 gamers still have a couple of days to start filling up their library with these discounted titles.

Sony dubs one of the PlayStation Store sale events as the “Planet of the Discounts,” which includes sought-after gaming titles sporting up to 70% discount.

The Planet of the Discounts Sale headlines hit PlayStation titles, namely “Hitman 3: Standard Edition,” “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition,” and “Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate.”

One of the notable games, “CyberPunk 2077,” boasts a 50% price cut, pulling it from $49.99 to $24.99. “FIFA 22” for PS5 also carries the same discount, which now costs $34.99.

Players assume the first-person perspective of a customisable mercenary known as V, who can acquire skills in hacking and machinery with options for melee and ranged combat. Following it’s release it was widely criticized for bugs, particularly in the console versions which also suffered from performance issues; Sony removed it from the PlayStation Store on 17 December 2020.

On the other hand, “The Witcher 3” now carries an 80% off price to the tune of $9.99.

Meanwhile, “Hitman III” and “Red Dead Redemption 2” are now priced at $23.99 and $34.99, respectively.

According to a recent report by PushSquare, the sale also includes “Rainbow Six Extraction,” now at $31.99, and “GTA: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition,” which sells for $40.19.

PlayStation Games Under $20

On top of that, GameSpot further added in the same report that Sony is giving away hundreds of PS5 and PS4 gaming titles for less than $20.

However, it is interesting to point out that the massive price cut only includes some dated games, which are still worth experiencing.

For instance, “Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition” now costs $9.99, which is 50% down from its retail price of $19.99. “The Last of Us: Remastered” also carries the same price tag and discount.

Not to mention that the massive sale also treats PlayStation gamers with a PS2 icon, the “Jack and Dexter: The Precursor Legacy,” now selling to the tune of $8.
